Caviar with Crème Fraîcheon Brioche Toastfrom 'The Winemaker Cooks' We can't think of a more indulgent pairing than sparkling wine and caviar. “The buttery, slightly sweet brioche toast is a nice foil to the tangy crème fraîche and salty caviar." - President, Christine Hanna
Lightly toast the brioche slices. Using a metal ring or a small glass, cut the toasts into eighteen rounds 2 to 3 in/ 5 to 7.5 cm in diameter. Top each round with ½ tsp crème fraîche and ¼ tsp caviar. |

March Parade Home Ranch Chard
We've been very busy in the cellar the first months of 2023, bottling our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc and Rose, and performing barrel trials for Chardonnay. The welcome rain has kept us out of the vineyards until recently. We're catching up on pruning right before bud break, and reveling in the bright yellow mustard and red clover in between the vineyard rows.
Spring is a terrific time to visit wine country. Come see our vineyards push out their first new leaves and view the stands of cheerful daffodils and swaths of native wildflowers.
Cheers!
